Why Office 365 Email Stops Sending

Microsoft 365 mail flow failures have specific, diagnosable causes. We identify the exact layer — DNS, connector, license, or policy — in the first 15 minutes of investigation.

Broken or missing DNS records

MX, SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records that are wrong, expired, or pointing at the old mail server will cause sending failures and rejections.
